The Grand Prix stallion Carrera VDL is bred very interestingly as son of Cardento VDL out of the 1.50m level showjumping mare Vantiels Esprit (Baloubet du Rouet), the half-sister of Markus Fuchs’ famous stallion Tinka’s Boy.

The pedigree is strengthened by the top-class stallions Diamant de Semilly, Libero H, Lord Calando and Ahorn. Grandam Olanda is known as full sister of the popular sire Numero Uno (1.55m GP).
