The Grand Prix stallion Carrera VDL is bred very interestingly as son of Cardento VDL out of the 1.50m level showjumping mare Vantiels Esprit (Baloubet du Rouet), the half-sister of Markus Fuchs’ famous stallion Tinka’s Boy.

The pedigree is strengthened by the top-class stallions Diamant de Semilly, Libero H, Lord Calando and Ahorn. Grandam Olanda is known as full sister of the popular sire Numero Uno (1.55m GP). She already produced three international showjumping horses herself; Zeus (1.45m level), Diablo 113 (1.35m level) and Hemelton (1.35m level).
