If we had to describe a future Grand Prix showjumper, Vargas Van De Citadel would be our example. This light-footed four-year-old has a big canter and plenty of scope.
Sire Pegase van ’t Ruytershof (1.55m GP) comes from the famous Belgian sport family of Emerald van ’t Ruytershof. Pegase is a half-brother to the 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Jilbert van ’t Ruytershof and a cousin of Le Blue Diamond van ’t Ruytershof (1.70m GP), Herald van ’t Ruytershof (1.60m) and Kentucky van ’t Ruytershof (1.55m).
Dam Biema Z (Balou du Rouet x Jadalco) is a full sister to the 1.40m level mare Bianca Z with Kim Thiry (BEL) and a half-sister to Chably Z (1.40m level) and Chester Z (1.30m level).
