The 3-yr-old Vanity Fair is a youthful horse, but a very noticeable one. She is light-footed, jumps with ease and shows in her manners the famous genes of Baloubet du Rouet.

Sire Baloubet Junior Z (Baloubet du Rouet) was started under Christine McCrea (USA) and Louise Saywell (GBR) at international 1.60m level. The Zangersheide stallion got his sport genes via the dam’s side of Darco en Ramiro Z. 

Dam Anika, an Oldenburger mare, carries the valuable genes of Argentinus and a great dose of blood via Praefectus xx. She is a half-sister of the 1.30m level horse herself and a Grannus mare who produced three 1.40 to 1.45m level horses: Cleopatra, L’Amoor Star and Lansing Star
