The 5-yr-old Vandervleuten is still very green and only jumped training shows so far. He is a very athletic horse with a great character. He is super cute to see and jumps with quality and nice scope. A very commercial horse. 

Her sire Vangelis (Nonstop) jumped at 1.60m level for six years on end, first under Robert Smith (GBR) and later with the – at that moment - relatively unexperienced rider Nayel Nassar (EGY). 

Vandervleuten did not get his name for no reason. His great-grandam is the famous Audi’s Jikke (Concorde), who was very successful under Eric van der Vleuten. A top-quality mare who even was the number one in the WBFSH World Ranking list. She won Grand Prix’s, Nations Cups and participated in three World Cup Finals.

Vandervleuten is bred out of Sifra (Quick Star), who is also dam of the 10-yr-old AES licensed stallion Issun Boshi (1.45m level showjumping and currently performing under Gianni Govoni).

Grandam Nicce (Cantus) is known as dam of the KWPN stallions Vleut (1.60m Grand Prix under the name Guccio ridden by Edwina Alexander-Tops) and the too early deceased Genius.
