UPRIGHT

ABOUT

The two-year-old bay colt Upright stands 166 and is a very attractive type with a calm character. He moves light-footed and with a lot of ease.

A colt to bring on yourself. We think he could also do well as a hunter later on, which makes him interesting for the show jumping rider and for the American market alike.

Sire
Telstar JM TN is a son of Ermitage Kalone, who jumped 1.65m himself, out of Frauke.

Dam
Nala is a daughter of Humberto Ask.

Granddam
Silke, by the preferent Concorde (1.60m), produced:
• Danna – 1.40m
• Calliope – 1.35m

Damline
Third dam Thia stands at the base of a well known family:
• Lord Z – 1.60m, approved in nine studbooks
• Atlantic VDL – 1.60m, approved Holstein, SBS, Zangersheide and AES
• Anyway – 1.60m
• In Style – 1.60m
• Oliva Z – 1.45m

Upright combines his light-footed way of moving and his calm character with a damline that produced two of the best known stallions in Dutch breeding.
