SPIKE

The three-year-old Spike is an athletic jumper with a very good canter. Over fences he shows scope, which is no surprise given his pedigree. 

Sire Dominator Z made an impression early on and has since developed into a world-class showjumper under Christian Ahlmann.  His offspring are beginning to break through at the highest level. Seventeen are already classified at 1.50 to 1.60m level, including the approved stallion D’Aganix 2000 Z (1.60m GP). 

Granddam Cecile (Calypso II x Abajo) is an outstanding broodmare with no fewer than twelve offspring competing from 1.30m up to 1.60m. Her first foal by Escudo I competed at 1.40m level, after which she only produced foals by Stakkato, including the two 1.60m GP horses Satisfaction I (approved stallion) and Sambuca, as well as the 1.50m GP horses Sundari and Spimex (premium stallion).
