ABOUT
The 2-yr-old Sjarlie is a strongly built showjumping horse with a good take-off. He is green, of course, considering his age, but he certainly has promise.
Sire Le Blue Diamond van ’t Ruytershof has already been active in the top sport for many years. He has even jumped 1.70m Grand Prix with Olivier Philippaerts and is currently active at 1.55m level under Thibault Philippaerts. His dam Diamanthina van ’t Ruytershof (1.60m GP) is a half-sister of four 1.60m to 1.70m GP horses, including the famous Olympic stallion Emerald van ’t Ruytershof.
Dam Gina Selena is an elite-awarded mare by Cantos (1.60m GP). She scored 79 points for her mare test and even an 8.5 for reflexes, attitude and rideability and eights for scope and showjumping talent. Her son Lantos is placed at 1.20m level showjumping.
Grandam Selena (Voltaire) earned the predicates preferent and prestatie via her offspring. She produced, amongst others, Dinant (1.45m level), Celeste (1.40m level) and two 1.30m level showjumping horses. She is a (half)-sister of the 10-yr-old James Blond (1.55m GP with Patrick Lemmen), Elise (1.40m level) and four international eventing horses.
