ABOUT
The three-year-old Semillon van de Hagenhorst is a large-framed jumping horse with a calm character.
His sire Lafayette van de Hagenhorst is a nine-year-old Zangersheide-approved stallion competing at international 1.40m level. He is sired by Carrera VDL and bred out of the 1.60m Grand Prix mare Libelle I, ridden by Angelique Hoorn.
His dam Madiba van de Hagenhorst (Glasgow van ’t Merelsnest) is a half-sister to the 1.55m Grand Prix horse Cukuta, the CCI2* eventer Ibicon, the 1.40m level showjumping horse Catness and the AES-approved stallion Naughty Boy van de Hagenhorst.
His granddam Unique XVIII (Diamant de Semilly x Alzacaro) is a half-sister to the 1.45m level showjumping horse Dalida Omega Solutions and comes from the same Holsteiner line as the approved stallion Coriano Z (1.60m Grand Prix with Judy-Ann Melchior).
