ABOUT
Eye catcher alert! The 2022 born Selim is a striking appearance with his white markings on his legs and belly, but that’s not all. He jumps with a powerful take-off, seems careful and originates from the same damline as the KWPN stallion Vleut (1.60m Grand Prix) and Audi’s Jikke (top mare of Eric van der Vleuten).
The 1.65m GP stallion Utamaro d’Ecaussines Z first rose to fame with Joe Clee. Later, he participated in the World Equestrian Games of Tryon under William Whitaker and won the World Cup at London Olympia. He concluded his career under Niels Bruynseels, with whom he placed second in the Nations Cup of La Baule and fifth in the LGCT GP of Cascais Estoril.
Dam Jelicce is sired by the 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Billy Congo, who had a longstanding successful career with his breeder William Funnel (GBR). Via Elicce (Mr. Blue) the line traces back to Nicce (Cantus x Concorde), the dam of Vleut and two 1.35-1.40m showjumping horses.
