This one really looks like an Emerald. Flashy looks with a lot of white. The 5-yr-old Sandokan has gained experience at 1.20m level and will do big things in the future. A horse for a professional that wants to jumps a big course in the future. Sandokan jumps with a good hindleg technique ad a great scope. His dam performed at 1.55m GP level.

Emerald van ’t Ruytershof belongs to the most popular progenitors. He jumped at top-class level under Harrie Smolders for many years and has supplied at least 35 1.60m to 1.70m Grand Prix level horses, including the 1.70m level placed Imerald van ’t Voorhof and Kasper van het Hellehof. Seven offspring are starting at 1.65 level, for example Emerald’s licensed son Jaguar van de Berghoeve.

Dam Atilja (Guidam) competed at 1.55m level under Jessica Mendoza and became, amongst others things, fourth in a 1.55m level class in Birmingham in 2015. 

Grandam Tilja (Hemmingway x Calvados) is a full sister of U-Ilja (1.40m level) and half-sister of Big Boy 36 (1.60m GP under Barbara Steuer-Collee, GER) and three showjumping horses at 1.30m to 1.40m level. The great-grandam is a full sister of the 1.60 Grand Prix showjumping horse Jaco.
