One thing is certain: Ricky van de Bisschop makes the high expectations of his heritage come absolutely true. This 3-yr-old gelding out of the famous Roosakker family jumps with exceptional quality and fantastic technique.
His 9-yr-old sire Di Cantero van ter Hulst Z is an international 1.45m level placed son of Diamant de Semilly out of a very impressive sport lineage.
Dam Evita van ’t Roosakker (Nabab de Reve x Chin Chin) is a direct daughter of the 1.50m level showjumping mare Usha van ’t Roosakker and is therefore a full sister of Emperio van ’t Roosakker (1.60m level, ridden by Alexandra Crown) and Equador van ’t Roosakker (1.60m level, ridden by Frédéric David) and the half-sister of the famous Cella (1.60m level, ridden by Ben Maher) and the 8-yr-old stallion George Z (1,45m level, ridden by Lorenzo de Luca).
Evita produced eleven sport horses herself at 1.30m level up to 1.60m level, including Isaac van den Bisschop (1.60m level, ridden by Hansueli Sprunger) and Jackson van de Bisschop (1.55m level, ridden by Michael Hughes).
