Bred for jumping and this mare, born in 2021, knows how to do it. Ragna has a remarkably powerful take-off, a good hind-leg technique, a great attitude and blood.
Considering her pedigree, it is not so surprising to see how much talent she displays. The showjumping genes are here anchored in the pedigree for many generations.
Sire Clarimo Junior is a young BWP licensed stallion of Clarimo out of the half-sister of the famous grey stallion Chardonnay (1.70m Grand Prix with Max Kühner).
Dam Dorkas, 1.20m level showjumping herself, descends from the top-class progenitors Stakkato x Concorde x Polydor. She already supplied two licensed sons: Kalle (BWP) and Vangelis du Dorka (AES).
Grandam Okra produced the international showjumping horses Waldo van Dungen (1.45m level) and Ganga (1.35m level). She is known as the full sister of the 1.60m Grand Prix horses Ragnus and Splinter and half-sister of the AES licensed stallions Chagall (1.35m level) and Emo (1.50m level with Giampiero Garafalo).
