R.Kannan Jr immediately captures attention with his big, elegant canter, his light-footed way of going and his impressive scope. Although still a stallion, he is well-behaved and friendly in handling.

His sire, Kannan Jr., was champion of the KWPN stallion approvals and was ridden by Olympians Marcus Ehning and Jur Vrieling. Under Vrieling, he competed successfully in the 1.60m classes, including a fifth place in the LGCT Grand Prix of New York.

The dam, Galienke, is a daughter of the 1.40m stallion Opan, followed in the dam line by the influential blood of Garanco
