He jumps with great quality, has a fine balance in the canter and is an honest horse with a calm character. Who will take on Pride of Invictus? This 4.5-year-old grey had been under saddle for three months during the video day.
Sire is Harley VDL, who performed at 1.55m level himself and passes on a lot of quality to his offspring. His dam Larthago (1.50m level) gave four 1.60m Grand Prix horses, including the approved stallions Casago and Dimitri.
Dam Kouplesse is by championship stallions Zirocco Blue VDL x Corland x Jus de Pomme (Olympic Champion Atlanta). She is a half-sister to four international 1.40m showjumping horses and closely related to Mid Summer Night (1.50m level).
