We never know which horse will be an auction topper, but we do know that the 4-yr-old Precious makes a fairly good chance. A light-footed showjumping horse with a lot of scope for the highest classes and he already has pleasurable riding qualities. He was only 3 to 4 months saddle-broken before the video day. In short, we are very enthusiastic about this one!
Sire La Costa ES is an 8-yr-old stallion who is performing at international 1.35m level, after he demonstrated good results at the KWPN championship for young showjumping horses and the stallion competition. He has scope and quality.
Dam Wacordia (Emilion) jumped at international 1.30m level herself, produced the CIC1* eventing horse Ecorda and is the grandam of the 1.60m Grand Prix horse In Time, who is being successfully started by Stephex amazon Kendra Claricia Brinkop (GER). They won almost 44,000 euro with several high placements in Wellington in March.
Grandam Lacordia (Acord II) is a preferente- elite-prestatie- awarded mare with three offspring at 1.30m to 1.35m level and her son Edison D.N. at 1.50m level. The 1.60m Grand Prix showjumping horse Becordia is a granddaughter of Lacordia.
