Just like a picture in a storybook. What a remarkable 2,5-yr-old pinto stallion. But Photobook Z is not only notable because of his color, he also shows knowledge of how to jump a fence correctly. This one knows where the pole lies and jumps with ease and insight.
His showjumping talent did not fall out of the blue sky. Plot Blue belonged to the top-horses for years in a row under Marcus Ehning and won the World Cup Finals in Geneva in 2010 and team gold at the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky. The Olympic stallion displayed a great showjumping technique, scope and mentality.
The dam, grandam and great-grandam are also pinto’s. Dam Eyecatcher descends from the 1.50m level stallion Sir Shutterfly, the full brother of Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum’s top-class horse for many years, Shutterfly. She produced the 8-yr-old pinto Irish Coffee (Diamant de Semilly), who jumps at 1.50m level under Michol del Signore (ITA), and the 5-yr-old elite-awarded mare Leap Day (Nabab de Reve).
Grandam See the Phantom (Narcos II x Samber) performed at 1.30m level and supplied two 1.40m level horses, two 1.30m level horses and the CIC3* eventing horse Interface.
