ABOUT
The four-year-old Palermo shows great jumping technique and tremendous scope, marking him as a promising horse for the future. He was selected by KWPN for the stallion performance test. At the video day he had been saddle-broken for two months and was already comfortable to ride.
His sire Cardento contributed to three team gold medals for Sweden. He has become a renowned producer of international showjumping horses, with over 150 offspring classified at 1.60m-1.70m Grand Prix level, including Catch Me Not S, Flip’s Little Sparrow, Kilkenny and Katanga v/h Dingeshof.
Dam Elona is a Holsteiner state premium mare by the 1.50m GP stallion For Fashion. Her 8-year-old son Converse is a Hanoverian premium stallion competing at 1.25m level. Granddam S-Valona (Casco x Lord) is known as the dam of Callias (1.60m GP) and three 1.40-1.45m level horses.
