This is another horse that we have selected with pleasure. The 5-yr-old Odin already is a lovely horse to ride, appears to be very careful, has a good working mentality and develops scope. An interesting mare to take in training.

Sire Il Est Balou was started at 1.30m level under Albert Zoer, before he left to the USA as a 6-yr-old to continue his sport career. He was bred out of the 1.40m level showjumping mare Quatrella, a half-sister of the 1.60m Grand Prix horses Astrello, Morning Star and Vennoot.

Dam J.Hailey is a daughter of Gaillard de la Pomme (1.45m level showjumping), the son of Nabab de Reve out of the 1.60m GP mare Narcotique de Muze II.  Grandam Esmira (Zavall VDL) also supplied the international showjumping horses Hailey (at 8-yr-old 1.45m level with Jens Baackmann) and the almost 7-yr-old Merle (1.30m level with Yenthe Schrijvers).
