According to us Obelix has all the ingredients for jumping higher courses in the future. This tall 4-yr-old has a lot of blood, a powerful take-off and wants to be careful.

Sire Zirocco Blue is known for his power and sharpness. He jumped at the highest level under Jur Vrieling for many years and supplied more than forty 1.60 Grand Prix horses of which Eddie Blue under Devin Ryan (USA) and Elysium under Hans-Dieter Dreher (GER) are even placed at 1.70m level and Giborne VDL at 1.65m level under Daniel Coyle (IRL).

Dam Bumara is a KWPN elite- awarded mare by Indoctro x Notaris. She jumped at 1.35m level and is a half-sister of the 1.30m level showjumping horse Kemara. Two offspring of Bumara are placed at 1.20m level.

Grandam Emara is also the grandam of the 1.60m Grand Prix horses Sunshine dy Mara under Kirsten Rombouts (BEL) and Michael Korompis (NED) and Mayar under Carina Hindelang (GER) and two 1.30m to 1.35m level showjumping horses.
