ABOUT
The 5-yr-old My Volbeat Key SR is a very appealing showjumping horse that wants to be careful and has a fast take-off. He descends from a great showjumping family.
Sire Vigo d’Arsouilles (Nabab de Reve) is the former world champion ridden by Philippe Lejeune. He already produced 40 Grand Prix horses at 1.60/1.65m level, such as Ego van Orti, Irenice Horta, Go Easy de Muze and Vagabond de la Pomme.
Dam Nadine, via Quick Star a half-sister of the Olympic champion Big Star, already supplied Cadine Z (1.35m level showjumping), the 9-yr-old Holey Moley SR Z (1.40m level) and the 7-yr-old international performing Luckey SR Z (1.25m level).
Grandam is the international 1.40m level mare Glad Tidings (Tout Feu d’Hex) and also dam of Malaguena la Silla (1.50m level), Viper W Z (1.50m level), Babe W Z (1.45m level) and Fern W (1.40m level).
Great-grandam is the famous Le Mexico daughter Adith, who, in the past, jumped at 1.60m level under Hap Hansen and has proven to be very valuable in breeding. Adith supplied 14 offspring who are jumping at (inter)national level. Adith’s dam Pletje is a sister of the Olympic showjumping horse Van Gogh (Willi Melliger).
