ABOUT
The 4-yr-old Mr.King is a half-brother of Kwikstar (Big Star) who was auctioned by Youhorse.auction earlier this year, a very talented showjumping horse of which we will hear a lot more. Mr. King is also a horse that will outshine most. Light-footed, a lot of blood, sharp on the fence and a good technique of jumping.
Sire Stakkato Gold, the ‘Hanoverian stallion of the year 2015’, is known to pass on his good reflexes, light-footedness and a lot of quality in jumping. A stallion that is very popular in Europe because of his offspring. Stakkato Gold jumped at 1.50m level himself, his dam at 1.55m level.
Dam S.Wellie 12 (Mermus R) jumped very impressive at the World Championships for young horses in Lanaken and was sold to the USA, where she performed at 1.45m level. The mare produced three international showjumping horses. They are: C.Wellie (1.45m level), E Wellie (1.35m level) and I.Wellie R 58 (1.35m level).
Grandam M.Wellie 34 (Voltaire x Joost x Abgar xx) is known for being the half-sister of three 1.30m to 1.35m level showjumping horses and is an aunt of Fantom (1.60m Grand Prix), Monolino (1.60m level), Medoc II (1.60m level), Oberlon (1.60m level) and Colibire (1.55m level).
