ABOUT

What a delightful mare. Miss El Salvador is a 5-yr-old and has show experience at 1.20m level. A showjumping horse with a beautiful type, a good canter and blood. She has uphill movements, with a lot of balance and she finishes the jump with a good hindlegtechnique. A comfortable horse to ride.

Sire El Salvador jumped at international 1.45m level and is bred out of the half-sister of Glock’s Zaranza (1.60m Grand Prix ridden by Gerco Schröder).

Dam Zaphin supplied in combination with Vigaro the 1.50m level horse Gentleman, who was, amongst others, ridden by Billy Twomey and Bertram Allen. The pedigree is drenched with ‘Radstake stallions’ from the family Venderbosch. In addition to El Salvador they also let Phin Phin, Calvados and Amor be used for breeding. Out of this family also comes, amongst others, the 1.60m Grand Prix showjumping horse Ironique, dam of Oak Grove’s Beyrouth (1.50m GP under Harm Lahde).
