Sire Glasgow van ’t Merelsnest, bred out of the full sister of McLain’s former top-class mare Sapphire, has more than proven himself in the sport. He was started by Jur Vrieling at the European Championships in Gothenburg and the WEG in Tryon and won the prestigious Grand Prix of Rome and the FEI Nations Cup finals in Barcelona.
Dam Femke VK is a 1.30m level placed elite-awarded daughter of top-class sire Indoctro. Grandam Regina Adelheid Z (Rebel II Z) performed at 1.35m level, great-grandam Jasperina (Ramiro Z) even jumped at 1.50m level.
Especially the offspring of Regina Adelheid Z draws attention. She supplied the KWPN licensed stallions Regino (1.60m Grand Prix) and Heineken VK VDL (8-yr-old, 1.35m level), Alme Adelheid Z (1.50m level) and another three 1.35m level- and four 1.30m level showjumping horses.
