One thing is certain: This one has a lot of talent for showjumping. Maya Z is a 4-year-old mare who jumps with a powerful take-off, carefulness and a good hindleg technique. Add her good mentality and you have the ingredients you need to be successful in the courses. She is not saddle-broken yet.
Sire Mosito van het Hellehof finished second in the CSI2* Grand Prix of Bonheiden on 17 September, but he also finished second in the CSI5* 1.60m Grand Prix of Knokke last year, good for 100,000 euro in prize money. From his eldest offspring (7-yr-olds) 36 are already active at international 1.35m level and 1.40m level.
Dam Eaton Z is a granddaughter of Olympic champion Big Star via the remarkably jumping E-Star. Grandam Nivident Z (Nabab de Reve x Eaton du Rezidal x Almé Z) jumped at 1.35m level and is a half-sister to Plenty (1.45m level shojumping) and Cherie (1.40m). Closely related are Go Eldor (1.50m jumping) and Hairo (1.45m).
