What a lovely horse for an amateur rider. The 6-yr-old MacMarao is beautiful, has a good mentality and show experience at 1.10m level.
The Grand Prix stallion Carrera VDL is bred very interestingly as son of Cardento VDL out of the 1.50m level showjumping mare Vantiels Esprit (Baloubet du Rouet), the half-sister of Markus Fuchs’ famous stallion Tinka’s Boy.
Macmaro has the same dam as the (inter)national showjumping horses Armaro (1.45m level) and Ellemaro (1.30m level). They come out of the 1.30m level mare Patoucha-B (Indoctro), a half-sister of Olargo-B (1.40m level).
Grandam Calve (Ramiro x Alme) is also the grandam of the 1.60m Grand Prix horses Coltaire Z, Calando Z and Premiere Carthoes BZ and the 1.50m level showjumping horse Quicklij B Z. Out of the same sport family also comes Utascha SFN, who was successful at 1.60m GP level with Eric van der Vleuten and Jeroen Dubbeldam.
