This could well become one of the better showjumping horses for the higher courses. Lucky Bastard Tandhof Z scores well on many points. He has a handsome sport model, an easy temperament and an excellent hindleg use.
Sire Luigi d’Eclipse (Catoki) is a great athlete. He already drew attention at a very young age and has meanwhile jumped his first 1.60m Grand Prix under Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (BRA)
Dam Comme ci comme ca Tandhof Z descends from the 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Comme d’Api vd Hacienda (Cumano). She is a half-sister of two international showjumping horses: Dora de Ness (1.45m level showjumping) and Flinstone de Ness (1.40m level).
Great-grandam Patrones (Polydor) is known as dam of Soothe Me de Ness (1.60m Grand Prix), the licensed stallions Super Trooper De Ness (1.60m Grand Prix under Beat Mändli) and Van Gils Gust (1.50m level), and the 6.5-yr-old Qarbon Copy GR (1.25m level)
