ABOUT
Karlberto A jumped 1.20m level courses last year as a 6-yr-old and shows a lot more potential still. He jumps in his own way, but develops a lot of scope and the instinct to leave the poles in their cups. A careful showjumping horse with a lot of show experience.
Sire Andiamo (Animo) jumped successfully in the World Cup Finals and Grand Prix and passes on a lot of showjumping talent to his offspring.
Dam Pikarla is a keur-, and sport- awarded mare who performed at 1.30m level. With Indoctro, Nimmerdor and Joost in her pedigree she has a very interesting breeding. Her full brother Orlando jumped at 1.60m Grand Prix in the USA.
Pikarla has already supplied three (inter)national showjumping horses: Ekarla van de Horst (1.45m level), Amon van de Horst Z (1.35m level) and Warla (1.30m level), and is grandam of Valuas van de Horst Z (1.40m level) and Candetto Z (1.45m level).
