He has a nice type, a big stride, a good jumping technique and jumps in the exact same way each time with a good take-off. We predict a nice future for the 4-yr-old Kaelljo.
Sire Hermantico (Comme il Faut) seems to breed well. He jumped his first 1.45m level courses with great ease as an 8-yr-old. The first six offspring are already performing successfully at 1.30m level.
Dam Kaellja is a daughter of the too early deceased KWPN stallion Genius (Baloubet du Rouet), a grandson of the top-class mare Audi’s Jikke under Eric van der Vleuten and also half-brother of the KWPN stallion Vleut (1.60m GP).
Grandam Waellja (Lupicor) already supplied an international 1.30m level showjumping horse and is a half-sister of Federer (1.45m level), Harm (1.45m level) and Vegas (1.35m level). Great-grandam Paellja R (Corland x Nimmerdor) jumped at 1.30m level herself and is a half-sister of the 1.60m GP horse Niels R under Leslie Burr-Howard (USA).
