When we see Jicalien DN jumping her fences, we believe that this is a top-quality showjumping horse. This 7-yr-old mare first produced two foals before she was prepared for her sport career. She is a light-footed, very careful showjumping horse that also looks beautiful. The total picture is just right here.
Sire Douglas (Darco x Capitol I) already produced several 1.60m Grand Prix horses, such as Suma’s Zorro, who participated at the World Equestrian Games in 2014 and 2018 and even won the famous Rolex Grand Prix of Spruce Meadows under Sameh El Daham.
Dam Ficalien DN (Baltic VDL) is a half-sister of the 4* eventing horse Horatio DN ridden by Richard Coney (GBR) and a 1.30m level showjumping horse. The pedigree goes back via Wicalien (Corrado I) to Wica van de Hermitage (Ahorn). From the same direct line also come Discko Boy D.N. (1.50m level), Fanise (1.45m level), Carpe Diem (1.40m level) and Elwica DN (1.40m level).
