Jelicce is an eleven-year-old mare with proven breeding value. She has been backed and lightly ridden and has been correct in the hand. She is now offered as a broodmare, but is also suitable for recreational riding or basic sport. Her pedigree Billy Congo x Mr. Blue is known for mentality, scope and a good canter.

Her sire Billy Congo competed himself at 1.60m international level. As a breeding stallion, he has produced several offspring performing at 1.60m and higher, confirming his value in sport horse breeding.

Dam Elicce, by Mr. Blue, has already proven her breeding qualities. She produced Laird, competing at 1.40m, and Mighty Maaik, active at 1.45m level. Further down the damline, several horses competed at 1.40m and 1.45m, with others reaching 1.60m level.
