ABOUT
The famous Qerly Chin-line is here represented by Hot Rot Waldstar Z. He is a son of the 5* Grand Prix stallion Hardrock Z (Heartbreaker) out of a 6-yr-old mare (who is also part of this collection) by Gemini CL XX, clone of the famous thoroughbred Gem Twist x. At the Seoul Olympics Gem Twist won two silver medals and was the Best Horse in the Stockholm World Equestrian Games.
Grandam is Darcotique van ’t Meulenhof (Marius Claudius), who jumped at 1.50m level herself. She so far produced six showjumping horses active at 1.35-1.45m level.
Great-grandam Narcotique de Muze IV (Quidam de Revel) started at 1.50m level under Ludo Philippaerts and produced eleven international showjumping horses. The most famous one is the stallion Jenson van ’t Meulenhof, who is jumping many a big 5* shows under Niels Bruynseels. Narcotique de Muze IV was bred out of the celebrated World Cup-mare Qerly Chin, who produced seven 1.50-1.60m Grand Prix horses and became very influential in breeding.
