ABOUT
The almost 10-yr-old mare Greta VA is a fancy appearance with a fast take-off in loose jumping. Her half-sister Janina VA started at international 1.30m level under Elisa Marlene Von Hacht (GER) as a 7-yr-old last year.
Greta’s sire Calibat, son of the legendary Calido I, was not frequently used for breeding and jumped at 1.35m level.
Her dam Zandorina descends from the well-breeding Contendro I, who supplied 65 1.60m Grand Prix showjumping horses, including eleven licensed stallions such as Codex One and Czardas 30. A very famous son of Contendro I is also Cold Play (1.65m GP), winner of team silver at the World Equestrian Games under Frederik Jönsson in Tryon in 2018.
Grandam Harmonie XXI (Landgraf I x Cor de la Bryere) supplied three 1.40m level showjumping horses and two at 1.30m level and is, amongst others, the grandam of Co Jack (1.45m level showjumping).
