ABOUT
Flying through the course without touching wood, that is what you can do with this Galileo. This 10-yr-old bay knows exactly where the poles lie and he wants to let them stay in place. A competitive competition horse on which you can win a lot of prizes, but also at home you will enjoy the training. The rideability is amazing. Galileo has gained experience at 1.35m level with an amateur rider, but will with great ease jump several holes higher.
Sire Kashmir Van Schuttershof is considered a real foundation sire. He jumped at top-class level himself under Philippe Lejeune and won team gold at the World Equestrian Games in Jerez de la Frontera and already produced numerous 1.60m Grand Prix horses, such as European champion 2017 and Olympic silver winner H&M All-In (Peder Fredericson) and Aachen winner Gazelle (Kent Farrington).
Dam Jassy descends from the 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Jabot (Jasper) and is a full sister of the 1.60m Grand Prix horse Johannes van Christoph Stierle (AUT), half-sister of two 1.30m to 1.40m level horses and half-sister of the dam of the top-class horse Clooney 51 (Cornet Obolensky). Clooney 51 won under Martin Fuchs at the European Championships individual gold (2019) and twice team bronze, he finished second and fourth in World Cup Finals, was individual ninth at the Olympic Games in 2016 and won individual silver at the World Equestrian Games in 2018.
