Broodmare Farfalla is expecting a foal this year by the popular Conthargos, who recently died. His foals go for good prices in auctions. Many of his offspring are active at Grand Prix level.
Farfalla is a large-framed horse with a fine, sporty conformation. Her 9yo offspring Jones (Kannan) is currently jumping at 1.50m level. Youhorse.auction previously auctioned her son Casablanca (Cornet Obolensky) for 35,000 euros.
Sire Numero Uno (Libero H) knows how to pass on good genes. He already supplied several top-class showjumping horses and licensed stallions such as Sterrehof’s Tamino, Tobalio, Tyson, Van Gogh, Warrant and Unaniem. Horsetelex counts 77 offspring who are placed at 1.60m Grand Prix level. Son Cristello was even active at 1.70m Grand Prix under Kevin Jochems, before he went to Denis Lynch.
Dam Batistuta (Emilion) has jumped at international 1.50m level. Grandam Ulena (Baloubet du Rouet x Indoctro) was extremely successful up to 1.55m level under Sanne Thijssen and even Derby winner in Eindhoven. Ulena is also an aunt of Zelena (1.50m level) and half-sister of Alena 52 (1.50m level).
