Dereusa’s sire Defender VDS Z is considered a great promise and even comes from the same family. He is a 4-yr-old Zangersheide licensed son of Dominator Z out of the quality 1.40m level mare Atureusa S.
Dam Heureusa S descends from the 1.50m level stallion Vittorio and she is a half-sister to the KWPN-licensed stallion Etoulon VDL (1.50m level under Jur Vrieling), Dereusa S (1.50m), It’s a Walk in the Park (1.45m) and… Defenders’ dam Atureusa S.
Grandam Utareusa (Calvados x Le Mexico) is a half-sister to the 1.50m level horse Re Mexico and three 1.35m showjumping horses. Closely related are Tereusa (1.50m), Edoctro (1.55m), Corleone (1.60m), Broken Heart (1.60m) and Colord HS (1.45m).
