We have high expectations of this one. We believe that Cornstar Z has all the ingredients for the big sport and to get his breeding license. A showjumping horse with a lot of scope and a handsome model. He is still very green, but he sure has potency.
Sire Cornet du Lys jumped at top-class level under José Maria Larocca and is very interestingly bred as son of Cornet Obolensky out of the 1.60m Grand Prix mare Chablis du Lys.
Dam J-Star is a full sister of the licensed stallion E-Star (Big Star). E-Star was described as a super star under the saddle of Janika Sprunger.
Grandam Sunrise (Heartbreaker x Pilot) already produced several quality showjumping horses, such as Great Dreams (1.45m level), I Am Jordan (1.45m level) and the recently 7-yr-old Love (1.45m level). We will be hearing a lot more from her offspring in the future.
