ABOUT
Suitable for the better amateur rider or semi-professional: the 6-yr-old Contida Heldenlaan Z. This mare with blood has experience at 1.20m level and we expect she will jump 1.35m to 1.40m courses later on, considering her scope. Contida Heldenlaan wants to be careful and will easily jump a higher course.
Sire Connect, a grandson of Casall, showed great potential at a young age already. As a seven-year-old, he competed in the international 1.35m classes with Caroline Müller (GER). His eldest offspring are 9-yr-olds, including Watermill Art SFN (1.50m level with Michael Greeve) and Kolwa (1.45m level under Richard Howley).
Dam Batida van Paemel, bred very strongly with Darco x Randel Z x Furioso Z in her pedigree, already supplied an international 1.30m level showjumping horse, Captain Darco Heldenlaan. She is a half-sister of four 1.40m to 1.45m level showjumping horses and one at 1.35m level. Great-grandam Idealiste van de Heffinck supplied, amongst others, Titanic I (1.60m Grand Prix) and is also the great-grandam of Obama vd Wellington (1.55m Grand Prix).
