ABOUT
Chardonay is a 5-year-old Holsteiner grey gelding, beautifully long-lined with a sporty model. He jumps quickly off the ground, is fast, has good push and real scope. A horse that catches the eye and gets you excited.
This horse comes from one of the biggest and most respected breeders in Germany, a breeder who has produced multiple 1.60m showjumpers and approved stallions. The owner simply had too many horses, which is why this horse became available for sale.
The horses have hardly been trained and know very little; they are basically only handled from the ground. Therefore they are not yet easy or educated, but exactly for that reason we see a lot of potential in them.
In our opinion, these are very interesting horses both for breeding and for further production as sport horses. They were given every chance to grow slowly and strongly, resulting in a well-developed body and a strong foundation.
We have previously auctioned several horses from this breeder, including older horses that had little or no training. In the end, we gained very satisfied customers from those horses.
A unique opportunity to purchase a horse from a proven performance family. The horse has only recently arrived in the Netherlands.
Sire CHOPIN VA (by Casall, 1.60m showjumping) is a top stallion who competed at the highest level himself. Damsire QUIDAM DE REVEL (by Jalisco B, 1.60m showjumping) is one of the greatest jumping stallions ever.
Dam VASE VA (2005, by Quidam de Revel) comes from a strong family. Granddam KAPITOLA (by Landadel) produced through PERLE XVIII:
Further in the pedigree:
A grey gelding with class, blood and a strong damline.
