ABOUT
This yearling filly Capricio is interestingly bred, moves and jumps light-footed and already shows a very good character. Her dam will also be auctioned in this Youhorse.auction.
Sire Cascadello I (Casall) jumped up to 1.50m level, but is better known as a good sire. Sixteen offspring aged ten and eleven years old are already jumping at 1.55m or 1.60m Grand Prix level.
The twenty-year-old broodmare Umea HH has good Holsteiner genes and is a lovely mare who is easy to handle. She gave Chakalaka, who successfully jumped 1.40m-1.45m courses in Florida and started once at 1.50m level, but also Cocowaeh 3 (1.30m level) and Honey Pie (1.20m level).
Umea HH descends from the 1.60m GP stallion Quintero and is a full sister of Vanea C (1.50m level with Michael Grimm) and Wiliana (1.30m level). Grandam Jaimie (Lavall II x Calypso II) also gave the approved stallion Horse Gym's Lady Lover R (1.35m level with Marisa Braig).
Jaimie's full sister Helena V produced three 1.35-1.40m level showjumping horses and is the grandam of the 1.60m Grand Prix horse Dywis HH, who is ridden by Maikel van der Vleuten.
