Update October 1: Fourteen-year-old Calle (alias Carl Albert von Perm) has show experience at 1.40m level and initially seemed suitable for several riders. During the video day at our Stal Everse, he was well-behaved and easy to ride, but today - Tuesday, October 1 - some unwanted behavior emerged during a try-out.
Calle is a former approved stallion, now gelded, but still displayed some stallion-like behavior. He reared a few times, but then resumed his work. We considered removing him from the auction permanently as we place great importance on a good character and attitude, but perhaps someone sees a kind of project here for an attractive price. A video of the trial can be requested via WhatsApp.
The sire is Cocktail Jet, a Westphalian stallion by Calato x Pilot. Dam Lorina is by Landstreicher, who had great success at the highest level under Toni Hassmann. Lorina is also a half-sister to the international 1.45m showjumping horse Gant.
