The 14-yr-old Bellissima is the half-sister of the 1.60m GP stallion Calippo (ridden by Margie Engle) and Carlo 273, who was very successful under Nick Skelton and later Sergio Alvarez Moya. This is fine, sweet and correctly built mare with a good condition and rock-hard legs.

Four offspring are active in the sport: Cortez (1.40m level), Cayadina (1.35m level), Adagio’s Bellissima (1.30m level) and the 6-yr-old Lausbub 465 (1.25m level).

Bellissima is, via her sire Casquetto (1.40m level) a grand-daughter of top-class progenitor Casall. She is also a half-sister of Chris Cross (1.45m level), Cassim 7 (1.40m level) and Enrique (1.35m level).

They are out of Gunda IV (Cascavelle x Gonzales), a half-sister to T-Cantura II (1.50m level), Maldiria (1.40m level) and a 1.30m level showjumping horse and a cousin of Lighteningtrail (1.60m Grand Prix under Dieter Mehrens).
