For anyone looking for a good showjumping horse that is competitive and has a lot of experience at 1.20m level: we have Balounita for you. The 8-yr-old bay is pleasant to ride, although a little marish at times. She has a nice model and will take her rider to the fence. 

Sire Balou du Rouet jumped at 1.50m level and is a brother of the licensed stallions Balou du Reventon (1.70m GP), Chatinue (1.60m GP) and Balissimo (1.50m level). Balou du Rouet had every opportunity in the breeding and is currently sire of ninety 1.60m Grand Prix horses, of which Baloutinue, Babalou 41 and Albfuehren’s Bianca were even placed at 1.70m GP level and Saura de Fondcombe, Belony and Chaloubet at 1.65m GP level.

Dam La Bonita (Lovis Corinth x Drosselklang II) is known as the half-sister of Legolas (1.60m Grand Prix) and the 1.40m level showjumping horses Lafayette and Rancho.

Great-grandam Wotansfee (Watzmann), full sister of Whisky Pure (1.60m GP), also bred sublimely and supplied nine showjumping horses at 1.30m to 1.55m level, including Der Da K (1.55m GP).
