Two for the price of one, because the six-year-old Nostalgique d'Andrea W is expecting a foal by Agalandro Keizersberg Z (Aganix du Seigneur x Colandro). Agalandro is also five years old and approved by the KWPN and Zangersheide. He is a grandson of the 1.50m level showjumping mare Vorione Fortuna.

Nostalgique d'Andrea W is very interestingly bred as a daughter of Stakkato Gold out of the 1.60m Grand Prix mare Andrea, who was very successful with Gert-Jan Bruggink.

Sire Stakkato Gold, the ‘Hanoverian stallion of the year 2015’, is known to pass on good reflexes, light-footedness and a lot of quality over the fence. A stallion that is very popular in Europe because of his offspring. Stakkato Gold jumped at 1.50m level himself, his dam at 1.55m level.

Dam Andrea also jumped under Abdullah Al Sharbatly and Emanuele Gaudiano at top level. Her sire, the 1.60m GP stallion Marome, does not have a lot of offspring but many of them are jumping the highest courses. Andrea’s full brother Vampire for example, also performed at 1.60m level.

Their dam Laika (Voltaire x Jasper x Nimmerdor) produced the international 1.40m level placed Zudith HS and Ferrero. Laika is a half-sister of the 1.60m GP stallion Hemmelhorst Zojasper herself and three 1.40 to 1.45m level horses.
