This one jumps very well and is careful too! Marius is a 2-yr-old AES mare that does everything with great ease. A very likable horse with a good character.

Sire Q’Chacco Blue van Essene is a 7-yr-old stallion who was started at international 1.30m level under Eric van der Vleuten jr. last year. He descends from the top-class progenitor Chacco Blue and is a half-brother of Jolie van Essene D15 (1.60m Grand Prix). Their dam is a half-sister of Extra van Essene (1.60m Grand Prix), ridden by, amongst others, Marlon Modolo Zanotelli and Darragh Kenny.

Chacco Blue’s genes are here supplemented by the showjumping cannons Calvaro Z and Quidam de Revel. Both jumped in the Olympic Games and are very valuable in breeding. Grandam Opiloot M has jumped at 1.35m level herself and is a full sister of the 1.60m Grand Prix horse Peanuts under Jochen Munsterhuis (NED) and half-sister of E Pilotta (1.45m level with Alice Watson, GBR).
