The nine-year-old mare Lumia comes from the famous dam line of Garant (Warrant), the 1.60m Grand Prix horse of Beezie Madden. Lumia has been successfully used for breeding in recent years and is not saddle-broken. This year she produced another foal, which unfortunately died after a few days. The breeder has therefore decided to offer her again in our auction. 

Lumia is a beautifully modelled mare with striking self-carriage. She has a lot of blood, jumps with excellent technique and shows strength and suppleness.

Sire Verdi TN was one of the mainstays of the Dutch jumping team with Maikel van der Vleuten for many years. He has become one of the best performing stallions at international level.

Dam Twister is a daughter of the legendary Baloubet du Rouet, in combination with Voltaire and Pilot – a pedigree that guarantees sport. Twister has already produced three international show jumpers:

Zilver (by Clinton), 1.60m Grand Prix and approved stallion in Italy under Juan Carlos Garcia,

Audrey (by Lord Z), classified at 1.40m with Mackenzie Ray (GBR),

Fabienne (by Zambesi TN), active at 1.35m level in Denmark.

Grandmother Madeleine (by Voltaire) produced several sport horses such as Riadne Velvet and Deister 101 (both 1.45m), Clive (1.40m) and Sanne (1.35m). Her offspring and grandchildren are widely spread in the sport, including:

Incredible (1.45m),

Zoe Velvet (1.45m),

London 39 (1.40m),

Ghitta and Helios Velvet (both 1.35m),

and the approved stallions Valentino Velvet (1.60m GP), Aerobic TN, Game Boy and Brooklyn.

Madeleine is also the great-grandmother of Garant (1.60m GP with Beezie Madden) and of the KWPN and NRPS approved stallion Lord of Farming HS.
