Emerald van ’t Ruytershof is well on his way to become a great progenitor himself, just like his sire Diamant de Semilly. Horsetelex already registered 19 offspring at 1.60m level, such as Igor, Ictus d’Emma, Jeunesse van ’t Paradijs and the licensed stallions Jaguar van de Berghoeve and El Barone II Z.

Dam Blackberry was also successful at international 1.45m level under Mischa Everse and Doron Kuipers. She finished her overseas competitions in Spain in November in 2016 with two victories at 1.45m level, including the Grand Prix. From the two offspring she already produced, Felix (Quatro Z) jumped at international 1.45m level under Jody van Gerwen as an 8-yr-old.

We are talking about a very strong damline. Blackberry is, like the 1.60m Grand Prix stallion Elton John TN, Alan III Z (1.45m level) and Eros AS (1.40m level) bred out of Vilotte (Kannan x Pilot x San Fernando). And did you know that Vilotte is a half-sister of the licensed 1.60m GP stallions Plot Blue (Marcus Ehning) and Oklund (Eric van der Vleuten)? That is what we call a sport family.

 

Extra information:
* For the surrogate mare a surety of 2,500 euro is charged. This amount will be refunded when the mare is returned after five months;
* It is possible to take out an insurance for 12% of the purchase price. We can arrange this for you, if you want;
* If you want to have a third party handle the birth assistance, the following rates apply: stabling 350 euro / in the field 250 euro per month. We look after the mare and the foal until it is weaned after four or five months.
* There are also rearing facilities available at a rate of 250 euro per month per foal, excluding other costs
