ABOUT
This is one that gets noticed when you enter the showjumping ring! The 4-yr-old buckskin Ard Ice Cream produced a foal this year and has been under saddle a couple of times already. She draws attention in free jumping with her natural scope, intelligent way of jumping and constant performance. Each jump is the same. Three brothers are already jumping at 1.35m level and 1.40m level: Ard Golden Crisp, Ard Toffee and Ard Crunchie.
Ice Cream is Irish registered. Her sire Ice Man (Amaretto D I) jumped at international 1.50m level under Braden James (CAN), like his dam Perpetua (Lux) under Willem Greve (NED).
The buckskin colour has been anchored in this damline for many generations. Dam ARD Caramel (Ard Ohio) and grandam Ard Reverie (The Fugutive) are also both buckskin. Caramel is known for being the full sister of the 1.60m Grand Prix horse Peninsula Emerald Lass (Ard Ohio) ridden by Sydney Greene (CAN).
