ABOUT
Amber VA, born in 2008, is an interestingly bred Holsteiner mare. Not only because of her pedigree, but she also exudes quality and has a good jumping technique. Amber VA gave 8 foals so far and is inseminated on 28 July with O'Bailey van het Brouwershof (Darco), the Grand Prix talent under Maikel van der Vleuten.
The Holsteiner stallion Calato was widely used and is notably the sire of Cöster, the grey horse who was extremely successful with Christian Ahlmann and even competing at two Olympic Games.
The dam Remember Me 4 (Carolus I) has produced three international showjumping horses: Diamantina D (1.45m level), Canaille D (1.35m level), and the eight-year-old Kaiser Denfer (1.40m).
The granddam Hallig II (Lord x Cantus), a half-sister to a 1.50m showjumping horse, produced two 1.60m Grand Prix horses: Crown 5 and Curcuma il Palazzetto. This line goes back to the dam of Burggraaf.
