A pedigree to make you salivate. Hermes H5 Z may not be big in size, but he jumps like a big horse. He comes straight from the rearing field, is still green in handling and not yet used to much, but what he shows over the jump is impressive. He jumps very easily off the ground, is light-footed, athletic and shows a lot of natural scope. His jumping style is powerful and natural, with a sharp hind-leg technique and plenty of ease. This is a true raw diamond: all the quality is there, it just needs time and polishing.

Sire Heartbreaker competed himself at 1.60 m Grand Prix level and is one of the most influential sires in modern showjumping. He produced numerous international top horses such as Halifax van het Kluizebos (1.70 m), Quintero and Toulon, and is renowned for passing on reflexes, sharpness and scope.

Dam Hiamant van ’t Roosakker is by Diamant de Semilly, another 1.60 m Grand Prix stallion and a cornerstone of international breeding. The damline belongs to the absolute world elite. This family produced VDL Groep Elegant Hero Z (1.60 m), H5 Ganesh Hero Z (1.60 m), Electra van ’t Roosakker (1.60 m), Falco van ’t Roosakker (1.60 m), Kaprice van ’t Roosakker (1.60 m) and Erco van ’t Roosakker, an approved stallion and winner at 1.60 m level, alongside a long list of 1.45–1.55 m performers and approved stallions.

At Stal Everse, we previously had the privilege of owning a horse from this same damline that became World Champion at the World Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken as a five-year-old, ridden by Doron Kuipers. This further confirms the exceptional quality and reliability of this family
